Kamilah Bannister is a dynamic real estate development professional with extensive experience delivering transformative projects across Canada, USA and UK. As Development Manager at Great Gulf, she plays a key role in shaping the company’s most ambitious developments, including Forma, the iconic mixed-use project designed by world-renowned architect Frank Gehry, and most recently, a luxury residential project in West Palm Beach. Kamilah helps drive value through strategic planning, design coordination, and collaborative partnerships, working closely with teams and stakeholders to bring visionary projects to life.
Previously, Kamilah was a Development Manager at The Benvenuto Group where she oversaw luxury residential developments. Her career also includes impactful roles in New York’s competitive market, managing large-scale affordable housing, luxury condo and institutional mixed used developments across all five boroughs.
Kamilah holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and an Honours Specialization in Urban Development from the University of Western Ontario.
