Her experience spans both contractor and consultant environments, covering a diverse portfolio of projects including high rise developments, indoor stadiums and major infrastructure such as metro systems. This breadth of experience enables her to bring a balanced, practical approach to design, focused on efficiency, buildability and client value.
Jincy holds a masters degree in Construction Management, with her research focused on façade circularity in the UAE and the wider Middle East.
She is passionate about advancing sustainable practices within the built environment, actively contributing to industry discussions on circularity and supporting the development of the next generation of engineers.
