Façade Architect, Werner Sobek
Feyza Nur Karakas graduated with High Honours from the Faculty of Architecture at Karadeniz Technical Universityin 2017. She began her career as a design architect before specializing in façade engineering, where she developed expertise in façade detailing, construction documentation, and technical design. Throughout her career, she has been involved in façade design, concept development, detailed façade engineering, and the supervision of fabrication and on-site construction processes.
For the past two years, Feyza has been working as a Senior Architect at Werner Sobek Istanbul, providing façade consultancy for projects across Germany, Türkiye, Georgia, and Saudi Arabia. Working within multidisciplinary international teams, she has played a key role in delivering sustainable, innovative, and technically advanced façade solutions for complex projects. Her expertise combines architectural design with high-performance building envelope engineering, contributing to projects that emphasize quality, sustainability, and technical excellence.
