Senior Architect, NS Studio
Ivane Baliashvili is a Senior Architect at NS Studio with over 10 years of professional experience in architecture, urban design, and large-scale mixed-use developments. He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture – Built Environment – Interiors from the Polytechnic University of Milan, earned in 2020.
Throughout his career, Ivane has gained professional experience in both Italy and Georgia, combining international design perspectives with a deep understanding of the local context. For the past five years, he has served as Lead Architect at NS Studio, where he has played a key role in the design and development of some of Georgia’s most significant architectural projects, including the VR Vake Sky Tower and other major urban-scale developments.
Alongside his professional practice, Ivane has been a Lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture at Caucasus University for more than two years, where he teaches and mentors the next generation of architects. His work reflects a strong focus on innovative design, technical excellence, and the integration of architecture within the urban environment.
