Florina Octavia Barbulescu was born in Bucharest, Romania, in 1983. She studied Architecture at the Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urban Planning in Bucharest, specializing in restoration and interior design. Since then, she has worked as an architect and designer across a wide range of architectural, interior and commercial projects.
Throughout her career, she has worked with architecture studios, real estate companies and international design brands, gaining experience in architectural design, interior planning, façade renovation, project coordination and construction supervision. Her projects have included offices, retail spaces, banks, cinemas and private residences, as well as workplace concepts integrating lighting, acoustics, materials and media technology.
Today, Florina Barbulescu brings her architectural and project experience into her collaboration with LUCEM. Her focus is on architectural integration, project development and communication with architects, designers and clients.
