Hitesha Thakur has completed her Architecture from Mumbai University. A technical Façade design and project management professional with an immense techno commercial skills, she has an experience of over 15 years in this field. She has been a technical support, guidance and consulting to Architects and Clients on effective façade engineering solutions. She relishes the challenge in façade posed or rather architect’s dream of, and likes bringing it on the canvas of reality. In the span of her 15 + years career in façade industry with Glass wall systems, she has designed many challenging and complex building facades. Her expertise lies in designing articulated façades, diagrids. She has in-depth understanding and hands-on experience in the field of Façade. She currently heads contracts and estimation department for glass wall systems, where she contributes her vast experience for effective cost rationalization for the project. She believes that without change there is no innovation, creativity or incentive for improvement. Those who initiate change will have a better opportunity to manage the change that is inevitable.
