After thirty years in the Yacht industry, in a multifaceted career made up of software, machine tools, design objects, sailing boats, textiles and various materials designed for their functionality and durability, in 2013 he created the technical i-Mesh textile, which in just a few years won the attention of architects from all over the world.
Very sensitive to the environmental crisis, very distant from the conventional political arenas, his products are the expression of his social commitment. From his creative genius comes i-Mesh, a technical, innovative, sustainable and fully customizable textile created for architecture, design, art and poetry. It is a result of an advanced, patented and award-winning technology, conceived after years of research in multiple sectors.
It is a language that breaks free from the constraints of traditional weaving, generating new emotions and expressive forms.
Numerous characteristics determine its uniqueness: beauty, strength, versatility, zero-waste production, use of ultra-durable and PVC-free materials.
Well aware of the model that i-Mesh can represent for the construction industry and for architects, the company has sponsored the film “Softness”. A cult movie written by Cristiana Colli and directed by Francesca Molteni. The film, which gives voice to important architects, artists and philosophers, intends to define a manifesto, a way of approaching design with awareness of what materials are and how they can be utilized at their best to create comfort and diversity at least cost for the environment.
