Throughout his professional journey, Andrew has successfully spearheaded high-performing sales organizations, managed complex product portfolios, and guided cross-functional regional teams through vital growth phases and corporate turnaround strategies.
Currently, Andrew serves as the Regional General Manager at 3A Composites, where he holds full strategic oversight of the company’s Architecture business unit throughout the South-East Asia Pacific region. In this capacity, his leadership covers highly diverse and competitive markets, including Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
