Head of Pre-Construction Services and Large Object Management, Schüco International
Antonius Kapusta started in the façade industry with an apprenticeship as a building fitter in a metal construction company in Münster. After studying mechanical engineering with a focus on steel construction, he started his first job as a project manager with a large German façade manufacturer.
The façade division led him to Schüco International KG, where he initially worked as an architectural consultant and later as an object manager for large projects in North Rhine-Westphalia. He has now managed the Large Object Management division in Germany for over 15 years. Since 2018, Antonius Kapusta has also been Head of Pre Construction Services and coordinates the large façade projects in Europe and the UK with his team.
