Director - Architecture, INI Design Studio
Bhrugu Gangadia is an architect and design strategist known for his distinctive approach to structure-driven aesthetics and iconic built forms. As Director at INI Design Studio, he has led and contributed to a diverse portfolio project across India, delivering architecture that is both visually compelling and technically rigorous.
Specializing in high-performance architecture and structurally driven design innovation, his work is rooted in the belief that efficiency is integral to design excellence. For him, architectural identity emerges from the seamless alignment of structure, space, and performance—creating buildings that are expressive, buildable, and materially efficient.
At the core of his practice is a clear design philosophy based on three components: structure, volumes, and skin. He views structure as expression, shaping identity and performance; volumes and spaces as drivers of meaningful spatial experience; and the skin as a responsive layer enhancing environmental performance and character.
These elements form a cohesive system, reflected in work that integrates engineering precision, spatial clarity, and material intelligence. His contributions include projects such as Potash Tower, Shivalik Curv, and Shilp Twin Towers—demonstrating a consistent pursuit of efficiency, innovation, and enduring architectural impact.
