CEO and Founder, Alfa Sustainable Projects
Chen is the founder and CEO of Alfa Sustainable Projects Limited, specializing in highly technological sustainable projects, and is the chairman of the Israeli Green Building Council.
Alfa is leading the sustainable design of some of the highest profile projects in over 10 countries in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and are working for international corporations on implementing innovative technologies. Alfa was awarded numerous awards such as CTBUH ILGBC Excellence in Innovation Award and Cleantec Award. Chen headed the Smart Bases task force commissioned by the Ministry of Defense. He has worked with the Israeli Ministry of Energy, and is working with municipalities to implement NZE roadmaps. He is also the adjacent professor at the Architecture school of the Tel Aviv University.
