Procurement and Conceptual Construction Director, Coima
Strong technical background and managerial expertise acquired in mega projects Development Companies (Hines Italia and Coima) and before in Construction Companies in Italy and abroad (commercial, industrial, hospital and airport field), as well as in infrastructural works.
In the last 20 years with Coima and Hines Italia on Porta Nuova Projects in Milan as Construction Director for the realization of Offices Towers, Resi Towers, including the “Bosco Verticale” – winner of various International Awards – commercial areas, mall and urbanisation works, than with transversal role to all Businnes Units of Coima as Procurement and Conceptual Construction Director and Design Director on standardization, optimization and digitalization of technical processes, procedures and documents for all projects.
Before 2005 with General Contractor Companies as Project Manager for urban renewal project in Turin (area ex Michelin – Parco Dora Complex), construction of Multiplex Village in Cagliari, ST Microelectronics industrial area in Catania, Metro Group commercial areas in Milano, Bologna, Brescia, as Construction Manager for public infrastructural works in Bolzano and new railroad line “Alta Velocità Torino – Milano”.
Before 1992 with General Contractor Companies as Construction Manager in Naples (Capodichino Airport), L’Aquila (Dompe industrial area) and Saudi Arabia (250+300 beds hospital).
