Group Sales Director, Guthrie Douglas
Having trained and qualified as a Mechanical Engineer, Damon moved into the world of construction in 1998 joining the design office of a leading solar shading contractor where he worked on a number of challenging projects, all the while gaining an understanding of the balance between architects brief and delivery.
Damon then moved into Sales roles, spending just over 7 years in the world of facades before moving back into solar shading leading on pre-construction. Having spent the past 5 years with Guthrie Douglas, Damon has worked globally on some of the companies most prestigious projects from the Guggenheim, Abu Dhabi, The Link, Dubai and of course 1 Elizabeth, Sydney and continues to work with his team building on the ever growing project portfolio.
