As a Construction/Project director on a client or contractor side Daniel has driven the projects on all front’s, covering all aspects of a project including budgets, feasibility, Delivery, Planning, Contracts Management, as well as Managing Procurement, Quality, and Safety.
As he have worked on several different element of construction he is able to adapt to the changing requirements of the project from sub and super structure and to Façade, lifts and Structural steel as well as fit out and MEP works.
He has also been highly involved in design and coordination management, procurement and tendering packages, as well as designing and coordinating elements and packages.
His specialties include: Building Construction – super high rise towers (overall project management, design and site coordination, super structure, façade, structural steel, logistics, cranes, and apartment/mep/hotel fit out)
