David Schenke studied architecture at the TU Dresden, Polytechnika Wroclawska and at the TU Munich, where he graduated in 2000. From 2000 to 2012 he worked as a project manager and design director in large, international construction projects in Germany and Asia. David Schenke has been a registered architect since 2004. From 2012 to 2016 he was the managing director responsible for setting up the Drees & Sommer location in Shanghai and switched to technical engineering. As a team leader, David Schenke is responsible for numerous international facade projects and develops tailor-made technical solutions through to implementation. Innovation in modularization, wood hybrid construction and new facade construction are the topics that David Schenke is increasingly promoting in numerous projects in cooperation with project managers and designers and representing them through lectures and publications.
