She approaches project teams collaboratively, using her project management experience and astute commercial acumen in the areas of project design, coordination, contracting and client management. Elissa has an extensive understanding of how façade systems are influenced by structural, mechanical, energy, thermal, daylighting, acoustic, fire and budget considerations and how they affect the façade design outcome. Her in-depth knowledge of both the local façade market, as well as the capabilities of international players offers insight into the intricacies of façade procurement and delivery. She uses this knowledge to convey understanding to project teams throughout the design process.
