Head of Innovation and Knowledge Management, UNStudio
Filippo Lodi is the Head of Innovation and Knowledge Management at UNStudio. He earned a M.Sc Architecture and a M.Sc Civil Engineering degrees from the University of Bologna in 2006, a MA degree in Advanced Architectural Design from the Städelschule in Frankfurt am Main in 2008 and an MBA degree from the University of Amsterdam in 2016. Leading the Knowledge Platforms, UNStudio’s innovation platform, Filippo is responsible for acquiring and managing research and innovation projects, as well as guiding UNStudio’s internal knowledge management processes. Prior to joining UNStudio in 2008, Filippo worked for several architectural offices in Italy and Germany, gaining experience in all project phases, from design to construction. Filippo is an all-round architect specialized in computational design and product design and has worked on several major projects including the National Stadium of Japan, the Den Bosch Theatre in the Netherlands and the Kutaisi International Airport in Georgia.
