Senior Vice President, K Raheja Corp
Mr. G. S. Balaji is presently working as Senior Vice President – Projects with M/s K Raheja Corp, leading real estate developers in the country & is pursuing major real estate activities in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Goa& Hyderabad.
In the present capacity, Mr. Balaji in charge of approximately 4 million sq.ft. of high rise residential development in south Mumbai, overseeing activities ranging from conceptualization, design coordination and execution.
He is a bachelor in Civil Engg., and comes with an experience of 30 years in all aspects of Engineering, Construction and Design co-ordination. He has executed many 5 star hotels, iconic malls, high rise Residential, Commercial and Infrastructure developments both on behalf of clients and contractors in India and the Middle East.
In his previous stints, Mr. Balaji has worked with the Phoenix Mills group as Head Construction and as Project Head with EIH hotels (the Oberoi Group of Hotels) in India and with M/s ETA Ascon LLC and M/s Dhafir Development & Contracting LLC in UAE.
