Hussam is an experienced façade engineering specialist with a strong background in thermal insulation systems, building physics, and high-performance building envelope design across the UAE construction sector. Over the past decade, he has supported major consultants, contractors, and developers in optimizing façade performance through science-based engineering and compliance with local and international codes.
His expertise includes thermal and hygrothermal analysis, façade fire-safety requirements, energy-efficient envelope strategies, and the integration of lightweight insulation materials into modern façade systems. Hussam has contributed to numerous large-scale residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, focusing on condensation control, thermal bridging mitigation, and long-term façade durability in hot and humid climates.
In his current role, he works closely with design teams to translate technical requirements into practical, buildable façade solutions aligned with sustainability goals and regulatory standards.
