Vice President Project Execution, Collated Ventures
Ingit Anand is a construction and real estate professional with over 18 years of experience in project management and development, and holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from CEPT University. His career spans the full spectrum of the industry—from working with Shapoorji Pallonji on the contractor side to KPMG in project advisory and consultancy. He later worked as a Planning Manager with Gala Infra in Ahmedabad, overseeing planning and coordination across multiple real estate projects.
Since 2021, he has been working with Collated Ventures and currently serving as Vice President – Projects, where he leads the planning and execution of large-scale developments, including the completion of FlexOne in GIFT City and Ikaria in Shantigram.
Beyond his professional career, Ingit is also an accomplished endurance athlete—the first Ultraman from Gujarat and the first Ironman from Ahmedabad in 2016, with seven Ironman finishes.
