Irfan has over 23 years of experience in Project Management, Civil & Structural Engineering with a reputed organisations in India and Middle East. Currently, he is associated with Oberoi Realty as Vice President – Engineering at Mumbai, India.
Irfan has a vast experience in large projects in the areas of design and supervision for reinforced/pre-cast concrete, steel/composite concrete and steel structures. He is deft in handling various stages of design, development and construction activities, encompassing conceptualisation& preparation of schematic design, detail design, tender presentation & analysis, contract finalisation, site supervision and overall project management.
Irfan has worked in numerous projects including prestigious ones like: Al Rayyan Hills Development: Phase 1- Sana’a, Yemen. Capital Gate Tower – Abu Dhabi, UAE Residential Tower at Burj Dubai; Jumeirah Lake Tower; and Jumeirah at Marina Dubai. Dubai International Convention Centre & Office Tower. Al Reef Shopping Mall. Al Ghurair Twin Tower 3, Dubai. Trident Grand Residential Tower, Dubai Marina.
He has been featured as a Designer in documentary made on Capital Gate Tower Abu Dhabi, titled “Furthest leaning tower of Abu Dhabi”. The programme was “Megastructure @ National Geographic Channel.” This was aired on 18th June in India and 17th July in Gulf.
Irfan is an effective communicator with strong people management, leadership, analytical, coordination and organisational skills. He comes with the experience of working in cross-cultural and multi-lingual environment. His specialties include: Involvement in the various stages of design development and constructions from concept and schematic design, detail design, presentation of tender analysis, assisting in the appointment of the contractor, site supervision and overall project management.
