He leads a team of designers and architects in the design and implementation of numerous successful projects including the award winning Vivanta by Taj in Bangalore (India), Vivanta by Taj in Gurgaon (India), IREO Victory Valley in Gurgaon (India), Mandala House in Bangalore (India), the Zero Waste Pavilion (Singapore), Bishopsgate House (Singapore). As design manager and mentor, James leads the design team on numerous important projects including Conrad Manila, Hyatt Regency Arusha and other Commercial, Residential and Hospitality projects in the region. He plays a pivotal role in Design Management for Interior Design projects including Hotels, Private Residences and Wellness facilities.
James holds a Bachelor of Arts (Architecture) and a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the National University of Singapore.
