
Principal, Henriquez Partners
Jennifer Mallard leads the Toronto studio for Henriquez Partners, a Vancouver-based practice with a focus on urban mixed use residential work. She has over 30 years of experience in civic, residential, educational and institutional sectors.
She currently leads the Kennedy Green project – the City of Toronto’s first new Coop housing project in over 25 years. This transit-oriented community will provide 918 new residential units, including affordable rental, market rental and condominium units.
Jennifer’s project portfolio includes the National Arts Centre Rejuvenation in Ottawa; the Daniels Spectrum and Paintbox condominium project in Toronto; Harman Center for the Arts in Washington, D.C. and the Allard Hall Faculty of Law at the University of British Columbia.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Carleton University and is a registered Architect with the OAA and is a Fellow of the RAIC. She is a member of the City of Hamilton’s Design Review Panel.
