Mélanie Dupuis, Architect and Partner, LEED BD+C, has been with Provencher_Roy since 2007. Demonstrating a strong interest in contemporary interventions on works of mid-century architectural heritage, she leads sustainable development projects and retrofits, many of them in the cultural sector (Place des Arts Esplanade renovation, Kahnawà:ke Cultural Arts Center and MIFO cultural center).
Mélanie currently dedicates a large part of her professional practice to transforming and modernizing Place du Portage III (anticipated completion in 2026), a large-scale (150,000 m2 accommodating 6,805 employees) Recognized Federal Heritage office complex aiming for Zero Carbon certification.
