Head of Project, AP Pension
Morten Leen is responsible for some of the major development projects with special focus on office and retail. He is responsible for AP Pension Fund´s sustainability strategy for property investments. AP Pension strategy is to enter into the projects early, and we are not scared by the fact that the projects realization presume the preparation of a new local plan etc. Due to our early involvement in the projects, we have great opportunities to influence the design of the projects, and the incorporation of sustainability actions. As a project manager, I follow the project from “cradle to grave”, which makes the tasks in my working day very exciting and diverse.
