Eng. Mostafa Afifi is the Co-Founder and Head of the Technical Office at Archrete Engineering Consultancy — a firm he established in 2017 alongside Eng. Mohamed Tamam, he graduated from Al-Azhar University and he was the first of his class. Under his technical leadership, Archrete has grown into one of Egypt’s most prominent engineering firms, combining the highest technical standards with an ambitious regional expansion vision.
Afifi oversees the full operation of the technical office and ensures quality of execution across a team of over 100 specialized engineers. He firmly believes that investing in the development of human capital is the true foundation of sustained excellence. Afifi views Egypt’s ongoing urban renaissance as a defining shift in the real estate landscape — one that has elevated design and construction standards exponentially, with skyscrapers now standing as authentic architectural milestones that reflect a qualitative leap in the country’s built environment. Archrete continues to advance steadily toward consolidating its presence across all Arab markets by 2030.
