Starting his career as a site engineer, Mustafa worked for sizeable construction projects in Romania, Ukraine and his home country Turkey. Graduating in 2011 with a master’s degree in Business Administration, he later took an interest in specializing in building materials; he’s been focusing on market entry strategies and international sales since then. He is in charge of the regional distribution network of Swisspearl.
