Nic Holmes is the Lead AI Design Innovator at LW Design Group, driving the integration of generative AI across the firm’s global architecture and interiors practice. For the past four years, he has been deeply focused on AI R&D, exploring how emerging technologies can reshape concept creation, storytelling, and design workflows for hospitality brands, including The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott.
He also leads AI masterclasses across LW’s international studios, with a mission to challenge conventional design thinking and redefine how the industry creates, communicates, and innovates through AI.
