A chemical engineer by training, Nicolas Sbarrato completed a master’s degree in environmental sciences at UQAM, where he specialized in soil and groundwater decontamination and contaminated site management.
He has been working in environmental consulting since 2006, and has conducted various environmental studies (Phases I, II and III, soil and groundwater characterisation and rehabilitation). With a solid background in project management, Nicolas also has proven technical expertise in the management of contaminated sites.
Since 2021, Nicolas leads the Climate Risk and Resilience team. He is involved in the management of Climate Risk Assessments, Climate Adaptation Plans and other climate change related projects and frequently acts as a project manager for clients in the public and private sector.
