Nitesh Shah is a distinguished alumnus of CEPT University (Class of 1984) with over 40 years of experience in civil engineering, architectural design, and government liaison. As the Founder and Principal of Neha Consultant, established in 1987, he has led the design and execution of numerous landmark projects across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors.
His portfolio includes low-rise and high-rise residential developments, commercial complexes, malls, multiplexes, and premium bungalow projects, with iconic structures ranging from 45 to 122 meters in height. Known for combining technical expertise with design innovation, Mr. Shah is also a strong advocate for sustainable practices, environmental responsibility, and forward-thinking construction methodologies.
