With more than 18 years of experience in architecture, urban planning, and sustainable development, Otar holds a Master’s degree from one of Europe’s top institutions — the University of Barcelona. Over the years, he has contributed to a wide spectrum of public and private projects, spanning residential, hospitality, and educational sectors. His notable works include the restoration of key historical districts in Tbilisi such as Gudiashvili, Orbeliani, Ingorokva, and Tabukashvili streets. He has also led architectural works for hospitality projects like Novotel Avlabari, Ortachala, and Ibis Airport, as well as public projects like the Avlabari metro station and Lisi School. In the residential field, projects such as Cityzen highlight his portfolio. Otar has also collaborated with renowned international studios, including UNStudio, Zaha Hadid Architects, and several others.
