Özgür Yumrukçal

Özgür Yumrukçal was born in 1979 in Istanbul. He has a Civil Engineering Degree from Istanbul University, which he completed in 2002, while simultaneously embarking on his professional career with the construction of Atatürk Olympic Stadium. Later, he was employed by an international construction company for 10 years and where he rose to the position of Project Manager. During this period, he was responsible for managing international construction projects in nearly 10 countries, mainly Russia, Romania, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Sudan, Qatar, India, and Pakistan. Özgür Yumrukçal played a role in the successful completion of the Raduga Shopping Mall (Saint Petersburg – Russia) construction in 2008, the Mall of Istanbul (Turkey) in 2012, and the Dushanbe International Airport (Tajikistan) construction in 2013. In the following years, he was responsible for Senior Management as a Coordinator and a Manager in various corporate companies. He began his journey at Libart as a Design and Project Management Manager in August 2021 and was promoted to the position of General Manager in October 2022. He is responsible for the creation and management of sales & marketing strategies in the international market by determining Libart’s next 5 and 10-year targets. Özgür Yumrukçal has a beautiful wife and daughter and in his spare time enjoys football and the nautical life.
