Phaithaya Banchakitikun is the Founder and Managing Director of ATOM Design, with over 28 years of experience in the design industry and more than 20 years specializing in real estate design.
His portfolio spans Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and India, covering residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and large-scale developments. His work integrates design excellence, user experience, and real estate value, with a strong belief in architecture’s ability to improve how people live and experience their environment.
Beyond private developments, Phaithaya is actively involved in urban and public initiatives for Bangkok, advocating design as a catalyst for a more connected and livable city. His contributions include the Yothi Skywalk, part of the vision to strengthen the Yothi district as Thailand’s Medical Hub, improving connectivity, accessibility, and the public realm.
One of his latest projects currently under construction is Porsche Design Tower Bangkok, an ultra-luxury residential development bringing together architecture, global design, and high-end real estate.
Through ATOM Design, he continues to explore innovation, sustainability, experience-driven design, and the future of cities and real estate.
