Managing Director, seele Middle East
For more than two decades, Ralph Damkoehler has been at the forefront of international façade engineering, shaping some of the most technically ambitious and visually striking architectural projects across the globe. After eight years with the company, he embarked on a new chapter in February 2026, taking on the role of Managing Director of seele middle east FZE and seele contracting Saudi Arabia.
Known for combining expertise in cultivating strategic partnerships and leading complex façade initiatives, with a keen understanding of architectural vision, Ralph previously led seele Austria’s international sales operations, with a strong emphasis on the rapidly evolving Middle Eastern market. His ability to build lasting client relationships, navigate complex design demands and drive high‑value projects made him a natural fit to lead the company’s regional expansion. Ralph now oversees the organization’s strategic direction across the Gulf region, guiding operations, business development, and partnerships with a focus on strengthening seele’s presence in one of the world’s most dynamic construction landscapes.
With established offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Jeddah, seele middle east FZE and seele contracting Saudi Arabia are central to realizing the group’s most ambitious regional projects. Notable recent and ongoing works include the complex glass walkway and all glass façade of the Apple flagship store Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi, the installation of 12m glass screens inside the Holy Mosque in Mecca, and the development of specialized façade elements for King Fahd Stadium in Riyadh.
