Mr. Richard Soon who is based in the P&T Singapore office is a Group Director of the P&T Group and has been instrumental in P&T’s ventures into India, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia and has contributed to the reputation and presence of P&T in these regions. Mr. Soon has worked on many large-scale awards winning developments in Singapore, India, Sri Lanka, the Middle East, China and Malaysia. Notable projects in Sri Lanka he has worked on includes the Monarch, the Emperor, the 7th Sense, the Capitol TwinPeaks, the Achilleion and the Havelock City Commercial Towers.
