Project Director, Brivia Group
Rick Gregory is a senior executive with over 30 years experience in the planning and execution of large complex construction projects. Both private and public sector, his portfolio spans major civil, institutional, resort, hotel, office, retail and residential projects.
Rick has led teams on the owner’s side for the majority of his career. He worked for Minto managing their 2 flagship mixed-use projects in Ottawa and Toronto. During a 10-year period while stationed overseas, he was the project manager responsible for the design and construction of the Burj al Arab in Dubai. Upon returning to Canada, he joined Intrawest as its Senior VP of Construction overseeing the design and construction of their pedestrian-centric village development projects globally.
Rick was leading Henson’s team on its landmark 60-storey passive house tower in downtown Vancouver. Following its acquisition by Montreal’s Brivia Group, he has joined their Vancouver operation as Project Director for Curv.
