Managing Partner, Kinza Yapı
Serkan Bulutdağıtan was born in Izmit in 1971. He graduated from Yildiz Teknik Universitesi, faculty of Civil Engineering. He is a member of the company’s board of directors for KINZA Yapı A.S established in 1996 in Istanbul / Turkey, which has rapidly secured a reputable position in the international construction sector. He has 30 years of experience and play a role in both project management, turnkey construction, development and investor side of various type of buildings such as mix used projects, Hotels, Shopping Mall, Office Building, Embassies and Airport projects both in Turkey and overseas like Africa, Middle East and Caspian Sea countries. Besides Kinza Yapı, he is a partner in a design firm KORFEZ Proje. KÖRFEZ PROJE established in 2008 in Istanbul specializes in project design, technical control, project management, supervision and control services in the fields of construction, energy and industrial activities.
