As the CEO of Pace, Tarek has shaped the firm’s current position as a renowned regional leader, actively expanding the firm’s international reputation for design excellence. Nowadays, Pace continues to play a role in crafting national facades, as well as actively influencing urban planning and development in the region.
Under Tarek’s leadership, the firm has successfully established itself as a top architecturally-led, multi-disciplinary practice, shaping the architectural landscapes in Kuwait, the GCC, the wider Middle East, and Africa. Today, Pace’s portfolio boasts more than 1,850 projects around the world, including many globally-awarded national landmarks and enduring infrastructure developments.
