
Technical Manager, Cossi Costruzioni
Vittoria Ferrari is an architect with advanced technical skills and extensive experience in the
development and management of complex façade systems and building envelopes. She currently
works at CSC Costruzioni SA in Lugano (Webuild Group) as a Bid Office Engineer in the Buildings
and Data Center Department, handling bid preparation, contract analysis, bidding strategies, and
economic and sustainability management (LEED, Minergie).
She gained this expertise working on highly complex projects such as the new ENI Headquarters in
San Donato Milanese, where she held technical responsibility for the façade systems interface and
environmental certifications. Previously, she managed other major projects including the Polcevera
Viaduct (Genova San Giorgio Bridge), supporting design coordination, operational planning, and
progress monitoring.
Graduated in Architecture from Sapienza University of Rome, she also participated in a
multidisciplinary research project on the structural restoration of the Flaminio Stadium by Pier Luigi
and Antonio Nervi, performing 3D laser scanning surveys, digital modeling, and comparative
structural analyses.
