Waseem is a sustainability professional. He is a Certified Building Performance Analyst by Autodesk. Waseem served as Sr. Sustainability Consultant for multiple projects in GCC to ensure the compliance of these projects with their sustainability goals and targets on both building and master plan levels. Along with insight on renewable energy aspects and PPP structures
His experience spanned a variety of masterplans, different buildings typologies and operational policies of mega projects. In previous roles Waseem was LEED™ Certification Manager for Nesma & Partners Contracting Co, Ltd while building five hospitals, worth $2.46 billion, for the Saudi Arabian National Guard.
