A mechanical engineer, postgraduate in business administration and a doctorate in change management, Dr. Reddy has proven ability to develop and strengthen teams for profitable growth and ensure sustainability. Believes in fostering partnership & collaborative culture across all stakeholders making him a formidable voice in the design fraternity.
Also serves as a director for Isotrack India (Infrastructure business providing temporary surface solutions as well as ground protection mats); is elected National Executive Committee member with Portfolio of Corporate Affairs for the Indian Institute of Interior Designers; Co-Chair of Design & City Infra Sub committee of BCIC; Mentor for Women Leaders in CII IWN since 2019; Co-convenor for Urban Mobility & Infrastructure Committee of CII Karnataka
