Hazem Sabbagh

Hazem Sabbagh is founder of CRAFT: Architecture + Urbanism with collaborative design teams in Jeddah, Amman and Vancouver.  He holds a Ph.D. in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology, USA, a Master of Architecture from the University of Arizona, USA.  His work with Kasian Architecture, Vancouver, won the 2016 Royal Architecture Institute of Canada Gold Design Award, and was a finalist nominee of the 2006 Agha Khan Award for architecture; He frames design theory and practice through intertwining, situational readings of modernity.
