Co-Founder and Principal, Purpose Building
Luka Matutinovic is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Purpose Building, an employed-owned real estate accelerator. He has over 20 years of cross-sector experience in design, performance analysis, project delivery and strategic advisory. Luka is passionate about helping leading teams collaborate in new ways to deliver innovative, resilient, low-carbon, financially successful buildings. Luka serves on the CAGBC Energy and Engineering Technical Advisory Group and ULI Toronto’s Program Committee, and has held leadership and technical roles with IBPSA Canada and ASHRAE. He is a frequent contributor to market acceleration and capacity building conversations.
