Shyam has over 13 years of experience in the building sector in the field of Facade Access within the Middle East. He has been involved in a wide range of innovative projects in the Middle East, Northern Africa and Indian regions. Shyam has extensive experience working on commercial and residential developments in the private sector. His areas of expertise include in the analysis of various types of building facades for the proposal of appropriate and robust building maintenance units tailored to meet and blend in with the building architecture, as well as in the detailed design of the same and other BMU accessories.
Through his wide range of experience on and offsite in the analysis, proposal and design of building maintenance units he is uniquely positioned to provide clients with integrated advice from conceptual strategies at project inception to the implementation of these at the construction and operation stages.
